We may make guarantees and bold claims, but please note that results may vary and are not guaranteed for every client.
We want to clarify that XFactr is in no way associated with Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, or any other advertising platform mentioned in our marketing campaigns. We are an independent marketing agency providing services to businesses. Any references to these platforms are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with them.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with our website, content, and services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and text, are the property of XFactr LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
User Responsibilities

SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from XFactr LLC (“XFactr”) related to your inquiry, including appointment and growth-session scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups from our team. Our messages are conversational and sent on a one-to-one basis; we do not send automated or bulk promotional text blasts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
