Consent

XFactr LLC (“XFactr,” “we,” “us”) is an independent marketing agency based in Tennessee, United States, that helps e-commerce brands build and scale their TikTok Shop growth engine. This page describes our SMS (text message) program and how you consent to receive messages from us.

How You Opt In

We collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages when you voluntarily provide it to us, including when you:

  • Book a free growth session through the scheduling form on xfactr.io;
  • Submit a contact or inquiry form on our website and provide your phone number; or
  • Provide your number to a member of our team and agree to be contacted by text.

Providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted constitutes your express consent to receive SMS messages from XFactr LLC at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Types of Messages You May Receive

XFactr sends text messages on a one-to-one, conversational basis — a member of our team texts you directly to follow up on your inquiry. You may receive:

  • Appointment and growth-session confirmations, reminders, and scheduling coordination; and
  • Replies and follow-ups from our team about your inquiry or engagement with XFactr.

We do not send automated or bulk promotional text blasts.

Frequency, Rates & Opt-Out

Because our messages are conversational, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.


You can opt out at any time: reply STOP, or simply tell us to stop, and we will not text you again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at growth@xfactr.io.

Privacy

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information — including your mobile phone number and SMS consent — to third parties. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
